Please read below for our ranch animal cut and wrap procedure and pricing.
Lambs/Goats – $115.00/each
Hogs – $1.50/lb hanging weight
Steers – $1.35/lb hanging weight
Bacon (cured, smoked, sliced, packaged) – Additional $1.00/lb (requires 1 extra week of turn around time for curing)
Ham (cured, smoked, sliced, packaged) – Additional $1.00/lb (requires 1 extra week of turn around time for curing)
All ground meat will be vaccum sealed in 1lb bricks and all other cuts will be vaccum sealed in airtight pouches for your convenience. If you have any questions about what your final product will look like, please ask an associate in-store to show you some examples.
Prices include cut and wrap and up to three weeks of cold storage in our walk in freezer. If additional storage is required, please let your associate know so they can make arrangements accordingly.
We do not process animals without in-person cutting instructions and payment for all items. We do not take payment over the phone for your security. We appreciate your understanding!
