Mad Butcher Meat started out in 1972 on Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, in a 3000 sq. ft. facility, offering custom butcher services, meat, poultry, seafood, and above all customer care.  Mike and Diana Shum took over ownership in 1989, carrying on a tradition of great customer service, and quality product.

In 2005, Mad Butcher expanded from its Folsom Blvd. location to a new 24,000 sq. ft. shop on Florin Perkins.  Very shortly, we'll be adding  a custom smoker and a mobile lunch truck to serve you better.
